What amenities are available at Arka Motel?
Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities during their stay:
- Seasonal pool (open May–September)
- Two shared fire pits located on the back side of the property
- On-site mountain bike trail (green-rated with one black-rated split, open year-round)
- Boat parking (subject to availability)
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online by clicking the "Book Now" button through our website or by calling our front desk at (479)335-1555. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred room.
Is the motel pet-friendly?
Yes, we have two pet-friendly rooms for puppers (dogs only, two max per room). These rooms are very popular and often book out in advance, so be sure to grab one early if you are bringing your pup. Pet fees are included in the room price. While pets are not allowed in shared spaces like the lobby or pool, our 4-acre property has plenty of space for walks and adventures.
How does check-in work at Arka if it is contact-less?
Guests will receive a text message with a link to check in on the day of arrival. The check-in process includes signing a form agreeing to the motel’s terms and conditions, uploading a photo of your ID for verification, and entering a credit card for incidentals (the card will only be charged if there are damages to the room).
Once check-in is complete, you will receive your room number and the door code for access. If you need any help along the way, we are just a phone call away!

The CUTEST motel I’ve ever seen. Throw all your expectations of “motel” out the window. This place is a getaway with a gorgeous view of Beaver Lake, beautifully aesthetic rooms, wonderful staff, a lobby filled with merch, and of course, a pool to beat the summer heat.

We had a fantastic stay at Arka Motel! From the super easy self check-in process to the clear instructions, everything was smooth from the start. The pool was such a relaxing bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to great local food and beautiful Beaver Lake.
We were in town with a few friends for a 40th birthday weekend, and Arka Motel made it all so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill, well-located spot with everything you need to unwind!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We loved our entire experience from reservation to check out. Arka staff made us feel like we were family. The remodeled rooms are cozy and have great amenities. The pool was clean and refreshing. You will not regret booking with them whether you are visiting or enjoying a nice staycation.
